  • While this event is invitation only and most of the participants are known to one of the members of the Welcome Committee, we also want to open the event to others who we have yet to meet. If you want to request an invitation,  email registration@goingtowork.com.

  • The registration fees include access to all conference programming, materials, and meals. Participants cover travel and hotel directly. We have set the cost of [Going to Work] to break even. We have some ability to provide financial support for participants for whom the fee presents an issue, or who need a stipend to cover the cost of their time or travel.

  • Casual, or whatever you would wear to work.

  • No. The conference functions are open to registered participants only.

  • We work with union vendors for as many parts of the event that we can, including our printed materials, A/V support, and event rentals. While we would prefer to host at a unionized venue, we investigated all the options in the Baltimore area, but none were the right size for our group (due to the fact that we take over the entire hotel for the event, to ensure the privacy of our participants).
